Prepare inter-company memos and communication materials detailing entertainment and special events Manage event preparation and set-up including, but not limited to floor plans, stage requirements, green rooms, rentals, and other accommodations. Multitasker and self-starter skills is a must Source, organize, and request event equipment, and décor needs through designated Marketing practices Monitor and track contract progress from initiation to final implementation and all steps in between to insure contracts are on track.Įxercise competent computer skills including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, and Outlook Write or revise all Entertainment contracts according to pre-approved templates, and prepare for final review by the Tribe’s legal counsel. Write and submit STGC Notifications and Submissions to gaming compliance as necessary Work closely with Entertainment Supervisor to track and facilitate check processing of entertainers and vendors invoices. Source and cultivate healthy relationships with vendors, as instructed. The Special Events and Entertainment Coordinator works closely with and report to the Entertainment Supervisor to support all aspects of such events and entertainment including administration, production, and compliance.
